Swagyland provides custom corporate branded merchandise, including product sourcing, design recommendations, customization, production coordination, and delivery.
All orders are custom manufactured specifically for each client. Because of this, orders are handled differently from a standard retail purchase.

All pricing provided by Swagyland is a quotation, not a confirmed order.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Quote approval
• Mockup approval
• Invoice issuance
• Required payment is received

Swagyland reserves the right to adjust pricing if project scope, quantity, or customization requirements change prior to final approval.

Most products require minimum order quantities based on manufacturer and decoration method. Minimums will be communicated during the quoting process.

If artwork preparation or recreation is required, Swagyland may provide design assistance.

By submitting artwork, the client confirms:

• They own the rights to use the logo/design
• They have permission to reproduce the artwork

Swagyland is not responsible for trademark or copyright violations in client-supplied artwork.

Before production, Swagyland will provide a digital mockup showing placement and scale of branding.
Production will not begin until the client approves the mockup.

Once a mockup is approved:

• Placement
• Size
• Colors
• Spelling

are considered final.
Swagyland is not responsible for errors present in an approved mockup.

Production timelines vary based on product type, quantity, and decoration method.

Estimated production timelines are provided as guidance, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Swagyland is not liable for delays caused by:

• Manufacturer production delays
• Shipping carriers
• Customs clearance
• Weather events
• Supply shortages
  

Rush production may be available at additional cost when feasible.

Payment terms will be specified on the invoice.

Typical terms:

• Full payment before production, or
• Deposit prior to production with balance before shipment
  

Production will not begin until required payment is received.
Late payments may delay production or shipment.

All items sold by Swagyland are custom-made.
Because products are personalized:

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
Custom products are not eligible for return or resale

If a product arrives defective or damaged, the client must notify Swagyland within 5 business days of delivery.
Swagyland will review the issue and, when appropriate, may:

• Replace affected items
• Offer a partial refund
• Provide a credit
  

Minor variations in color, placement, or material are normal in custom manufacturing and are not considered defects.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers.
Swagyland is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages once accepted by the carrier
• Delivery date guarantees made by third-party carriers
  

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping or re-delivery costs caused by incorrect addresses are the client’s responsibility.

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing:

• Fabric shades may vary slightly between batches
• Decoration placement may vary within industry tolerances
• Screen and embroidery colors may differ slightly from digital proofs
  

These variations are standard and not considered defects.

Swagyland’s liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected products.

Swagyland is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or event impact.

You agree not to misuse the website, including:

• Attempting unauthorized access
• Uploading harmful content
• Interfering with website operation

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone violating these terms.

Swagyland may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
